Welcome! I am glad you’re here. I am Bill Parks founder of Reach International Ministries since 1990. My wife Donna and I have a passion to bring the Good News of Jesus to those near and far. We are missionary evangelists traveling throughout Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean or wherever God calls us to share His love with people. We are currently leading missions into Cuba.
Our Mission
Our mission from the day of my salvation on August 8, 1967, has never changed except it has become stronger as the years have gone by. Determined to give God every decision of my life and to never turn back.
Our mission can be summed up in the words of our Savior stated in Acts chapter 1 verse 8 : “You shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the “end of the earth.”NKJV (uttermost parts of the earth) KJV Acts1:8
Jerusalem is at home, Judea is where we find the city of Jerusalem and where Jesus dwelt and died. Samaria is outside the city and has been looked down upon by Jews, and the ends of the earth is the world.
Be Gods witnesses to our home and family,
to our neighbors and those not related to us,
to those considered outcasts and
to those of locations, cultures, languages and who serve other gods.
Bring healing to all peoples wherever they are.
This is our Mission!
Our Calling
Our Calling is that of a Missionary Evangelist.
Each Christian is really called to be a missionary/evangelist, but my calling has been a full-time endeavor to reach as many people for Christ as possible. In as many nations as the Lord leads me, and to inspire others to do the same.
Immediately upon my Salvation I began to share Jesus with everyone I knew. God opened doors for churches to hear my testimony, but also schools, prisons and on the streets of my city and others throughout the east-coast and the gulf states. Traveling as evangelists my family grew to four of us as we preached in revival services, including a highlight for kids featuring music, puppets and drama for the kids in each church. We also sang as a family and testified before preaching the Word throughout the US including the great state of Texas. In February of 1990 we found ourselves ministering at First Assembly of God in Laredo Texas. Following the meetings, my youngest son and I were invited to visit the camps across the border in Nuevo Laredo where thousands of poor Mexicans and Central Americans were temporarily living in tents and squatter shacks thrown together to shield them from the sun and the cold at night. These homeless families were hoping to one day travel across the Rio Grande and find a new life in the US. While visiting these poor people, our travel vehicle was stolen from the hotel parking lot on the American side of the border. After seeing the great need in Mexico for the gospel and the poverty of families and the sad little children and their situations, I heard a voice say to me; “don’t ever come back here, if you do it will be worse than this for you”. I heard that voice and recognized it was Satan’s voice. Then I heard another voice, it was soft and sweet and I knew this was The Holy Spirit which said “Oh you’re coming back and there will be many people with you to love and minister to the Mexican people.” This was Gods calling to me and my family and has been for the last 34 years. Presently we have visited and ministered in hundreds of cities in Mexico, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, and Cuba.
